1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawPump (clawpump.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

ClawPump provides tools for creating and deploying Solana SPL tokens via a web interface and REST API. The platform includes token creation, vanity address generation, optional Raydium liquidity pool setup, token burning, airdrop distribution, and embeddable token cards.

ClawPump is a token creation tool. It is not a financial service, exchange, broker, custodian, or investment platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. You represent that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of this platform or cryptocurrency services is prohibited or sanctioned.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on ClawPump constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The platform provides tools only. Any decisions you make regarding token creation, liquidity provision, trading, or any other activity are entirely your own. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

By using ClawPump you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Cryptocurrency and tokens are highly volatile and may lose all value.
Tokens you create may have no market value or liquidity.
Liquidity pools carry the risk of impermanent loss.
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible once confirmed.
Token burns permanently destroy supply and cannot be undone.
Smart contracts and blockchain networks may contain bugs or experience downtime.
Regulatory changes may affect the legality or usability of tokens in your jurisdiction.
Past performance of any token or market is not indicative of future results.

6. Non-Custodial

ClawPump is non-custodial. You sign all transactions with your own wallet. ClawPump never holds, stores, or has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

API keys issued by ClawPump are authentication credentials for the platform only. They do not grant access to your wallet or funds.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ClawPump for any of the following:

Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices (including rug pulls).
Creating tokens that constitute unregistered securities.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempting to exploit, attack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
Impersonating other projects, brands, or individuals.

ClawPump reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawPump is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawPump and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the platform.
Loss of funds, tokens, or data.
Failed or delayed transactions on the Solana network.
Errors in token configuration or deployment.
Actions of third parties, including other token creators or traders.
Downtime, bugs, or security incidents.

9. Intellectual Property

Tokens created through ClawPump are owned by their creators. ClawPump does not claim ownership over tokens you deploy.

The ClawPump platform, brand, logo, website, API, and all associated code and content are the intellectual property of ClawPump and its operators. "Launched via Claw" branding in token metadata is part of the service.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of ClawPump after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
